The Sultana Education Foundation’s Annual Gala is a party with a mission – raising $100,000+ each year to underwrite scholarship programs and support specific capital initiatives. You can look forward to world-class entertainment, a crowd of 400+, fantastic food, an open bar, and an unparalleled waterfront venue.
At Sultana’s 2026 Gala we hope you will consider making an additional contribution so we can fund much needed programming items like navigation for the ship, tents, kayaks and more. Sultana’s goal is to raise $80,000 the night of the gala to make sure our programs continue going strong into the next decade.
Sound Society is an elite music group whose artists are considered among the world’s most gifted touring and studio musicians. Sound Society will feature music across many genres and appeal to music lovers of all ages. They were so great the last few years we asked them to come back! You will be sure to find yourself on the dance floor with this group.
The Sultana Gala is happy to be raising the giant tent on Clovelly Farm, located on the Queen Anne’s County side of the Chester River.

What is the date and time of the 2026 Annual Gala? The Gala will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026 beginning at 6:00pm for cocktail hour. Food, music, and dancing is to follow, and the fun will continue until around 10:00pm or until everyone is exhausted!
When will tickets be available? Tickets will be coming soon!
Can I purchase or reserve a table? Absolutely! If you are coordinating with other ticket holders to form a table, please get your entire table list finalized before contacting us. Please contact Liza Brocker with all table reservations and seating questions. – lbrocker@sultanaeducation.org.
Are dinner seats assigned? To avoid chaos, all Gala dinner seating is assigned. If you purchase tickets but are not part of a reserved table, Sultana will assign you to a table with other guests. This is a great chance to meet fun new people!
What do I wear? Cocktail attire is the order of the day…but remember that you will be on grass so spike heels can be a challenge! Come ready to dance.

Is disabled parking available? Yes. Please follow disabled parking signs as you enter the event. Golf cart shuttles are also available from the parking area.
What Happens if it rains? Our tent is the size of an airplane hanger so this party goes on rain or shine. We will only cancel if the weather poses a safety risk. If we must cancel due to extreme weather, we will reschedule and/or refund your ticket purchase.
